@Ed: At some point I'll figure out how to share this stuff without it coming off as a totally downer subject. In my head, this was totally a positive post! Okay, okay. Exaggeration. But I'm dealing with this and that productiveness is also grounding. And now that I am apparently not falling over or floating away (or whatever the opposite of grounding would be), I'm feeling a lot better.

@Ed:
1. I will try!
2. When I was younger, I thought Goodnight Moon was the same book as the story about the bear in the overalls with one strap that's broken. I loved that book! Ah, thank you Amazon: 'Corduroy' was the name of it.
3. That post was certainly a rarity. I enjoyed it. :)

1. Yes, post more.
2. I can't believe you didn't read Goodnight Moon as a child.
3. It's interesting to read your stream of consciousness. Two sentences to one subject and moving on! :)

@Valerie: Yup! Patience is one of those things I had to learn early on about yoga. Especially when first starting up (again) and anytime learning new poses. Watched pots never boil, right? Plus, it's so sweet just not worrying about it! One day you just realize, oh hey, I can do that now! Like when I smashed my self into the wall doing a handstand, lol. Had no idea I was that close!

Yoga makes me feel so ... yummy! I just did my first yoga class since early July, as I haven't been allowed to do any strength building since I injured my tendon this summer. You're right about the new "normal" - lost a lot of strength & flexibility. Hope to get most of it back, but until then, I can accept what I can do in Yoga. :-)

@Maria: So, uh, super glad you reminded me about putting together a list of things to ask. I've been so focused last few days on the moving process, hadn't yet shifted my brain back to the apartment hunting side of things.

Yeah, this whole across the country thing...basically, I'm waiting for the jump, cause planning things from this far away is a pain! Come Monday night, and I'll finally be living outside the Hoosier state for the first time in my life!
